Terms of Return
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Only items approved by our Customer Service team will be accepted for return.
State of Return
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, hair extensions, and cosmetics cannot be returned if opened, worn, or tampered with.
- Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for return.
Reason for Return
We accept returns only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
Process for Return
- Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective).
- If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Process of Refund
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If a replacement is preferred, it will be shipped once the return is approved.
